You might think about the things on this page as "interactive learning stations." Each strip is a different "station" that you should stop and visit. You will be asked to complete different tasks. Take your time, you might not be able to do everything in just one sitting.

Choose one of these meditation prayer options. Set aside some time where you will not be disturbed. You might need to go to a different location to "get away." You should listen to the audio and enter into one or both of these prayer meditations. After your experience is over. Continue to the next section.

Choose one of these options:

What do you want the world to know? That's the central question asked when you are creating a public service announcement (PSA). Create a 5-10 minute PSA video about the stress and worries of an average teenager. Include some advice, ideas, and tips on what teens can do to help them deal with stress and anxiety. Share your video in the CTK Faith Sharing Group. Then, comment on something someone else has posted.

Create a meme on the topic of stress, anxiety, or worry. Be creative. You can use a quote and/or pic for your meme. The goal is for you to show your understanding of the concepts that you learned about in a new and interesting way. The challenge is for you to somehow connect stress, anxiety, or worry in some way to one of these Bible verses:
  • Philippians 4:6-7
  • John 14:27
  • Matthew 6:25-26
  • Jeremiah 17:7-8
Post your meme to the CTK Faith Sharing Group. Then, comment on something someone else has posted.

Make the salad or eat a few of the foods suggested by the videos in the "Cook" section of the playlist. Take pics of the items, selfies of you buying them or making them and eating them. Caption the pics you take in a way that will teach others how those foods help the body deal with stress. Post them to the CTK Faith Sharing Group commenting on what you learned about anxiety, stress, and worry. Comment on something someone else has posted as well.

Choose one of these Bible passages on worry:
  • Philippians 4:6-7
  • John 14:27
  • Matthew 6:25-26
  • Jeremiah 17:7-8
As you read the passage notice the word or phrase from the Bible verse that strikes you. Take or find a pic of something that reminds you of or "captures" that word or phrase. Post the pic and a short reflection about the passage you chose to the CTK Faith Sharing Group. Comment on something someone else has posted.

Using markers or paint, draw what your stress, anxiety, or worry looks or feels like to you. Post your artwork to the CTK Faith Sharing Group. Comment describing how God helps you in those times when you are under a lot of stress or feeling anxious. Make a comment on something someone else has posted as well.
